Joshua H. Rahman, Esq.

Josh works with clients to assess their needs and implement profit-maximizing solutions. Josh regularly represents businesses of all sizes and advises them from their infancy to winding up. Josh also represents an array of medical practices ranging from questions related to creditors' rights to HIPAA compliance to commercial leasing.

Josh manages such a varied practice based on his eclectic background. Beginning his legal career with McGuire Woods LLP with a focus on corporate matters in addition to healthcare and entertainment law. Josh's career progressed as he was named one of Virginia's "Legal Elite" by Virginia Business Magazine as well as a Virginia "Super Lawyer" by Richmond Magazine.

Josh is native to Richmond and earned his law degree at University of Richmond School of Law and his undergraduate degree at Hampden-Sydney College. Josh is barred to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Noah J. Nelson, Esq.

Noah Nelson represents individuals and businesses in civil actions. In Noah's role as counselor, he also analyzes clients' business processes to help avoid future litigation.

Noah's educational background uniquely suits him for this role. Noah simultaneously earned his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and his Master's in Business Administration from the Robins School of Business. Noah is a Spider three times over having also earned his undergraduate degrees in Leadership Studies and French from the University of Richmond as well.

Noah is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia as well as the Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
